Our recruiting team evaluates CVs of lawyers interested in joining our firm on the basis of their academic credentials and previous professional experience, also taking into consideration the current needs of the practice groups.

As soon as possible after this initial stage, candidates receive feedback. Candidates who come through this first screening are invited to visit our offices and to meet a partner for an interview. If the outcome is positive, they are invited for a second interview with a partner of their area of practice.
