Trainees/Graduates
We see a great benefit in growing talents internally. Therefore we are in constant search of highly motivated and capable individuals who wish to start a career in a leading international law firm.
Candidates should possess:
- an excellent academic record, a broad range of skills and a good record of achievement in other areas
- an assured and confident personality with plenty of drive and enthusiasm
- strong analytical ability and creative thinking
- fluency in Russian and in English
- good teamworking and interpersonal skills
- organisation and self-discipline
Russian trained candidates
We offer paralegal positions to students primarily based on the results of the summer internship programme, although exceptional candidates can be invited during the year.
Non-Russian trained candidates
Non-Russian trained graduates applying for associate positions should hold a law degree from a highly regarded university and, if they graduated in a non-common law jurisdiction, a post-graduate law degree from a US, German or British university (such as an LLM). Knowledge of Russian and of a western European language in addition to English is an advantage.
