We are one of the major international law firms in Spain and our two offices (in Barcelona and Madrid) have over 90 lawyers, 15 of whom are partners. We have a small team of English solicitors, but the majority are locally qualified Spanish lawyers, giving us one of the highest percentages of locally qualified lawyers in an international law firm in Spain.
We have lawyers in all practice areas (antitrust, competition and trade (ACT); corporate; dispute resolution; employment, pensions and benefits (EPB); finance; intellectual property and information technology (IP/IT); real estate; and tax) and offer our national and international clients a comprehensive range of business law advice in telecommunications, energy, banking, finance, leisure, tobacco and retail, among other industry sectors.
Although we have two offices in Spain, we are very much one, unified practice. Our lawyers work as a team - with daily contact and frequent meetings and visits between offices - and we share experience and knowhow when working together on transactions. All our lawyers are fluent in Spanish and English, and those in our Barcelona office also speak Catalan. We also have French, Italian and German speakers, allowing us to communicate with most of our major clients in their own languages.
