In London we have 800-plus lawyers, over 160 of whom are partners, and we're always on the look-out for talented people to join us. London has lawyers working across all eight of our practice groups: antitrust, competition and trade (ACT); corporate; dispute resolution; employment, pensions and benefits (EPB); finance; intellectual property/information technology (IP/IT); real estate; and tax. The larger departments, such as corporate and finance, also have their own sub-groups: corporate has a financial institutions group (including regulatory and funds teams); a private equity group; and two general corporate groups (each covering a number of industry-specific sectors, including energy and natural resources; consumer products and retail; chemicals; healthcare; and leisure); and finance has four sub-groups: structured and asset finance; banking; restructuring and insolvency; and energy and infrastructure.
